Hello CSC! I bought a trac vac boot for a John Deere Z915E zeroturn mower with 54″ deck back in 2019 and instead of keeping it simple I thought the plastic discharge chute had to come off to mount the boot but I eventually figured it out after viewing parts JD parts diagrams of how their boot connects. I tried DR’S plastic boot (I have a DR vac) but being plastic it would bend and never hang correctly. I have to say these plastic boots are junk! I put the OEM chute guard back on and slipped the L bracket on your boot right under rod that holds the deflector and bam, perfect and secure fit!! Way superior to any other plastic version I’ve seen. I just wanted to let you guys/gals know how happy I am with the fit, quality and function of your product! I attached some pictures. Thank you!!

I bought a Trac-Vac boot for my 1986 Cub Cadet 1810, 44″ deck and it fits like a glove, I didn’t have to do any modifications or drill any holes. Took it out to the shop and in less than 5 minutes it was on and ready to go to work.
